Me Likee BIG Slices!

Someone once said that bigger isn't always better. IDIOT! He obviously never had a slice at Koronet where a piece of the pie might be more than you can chew. They guys over at Koronet serve up the x-large slices on plates that are eclipsed by the huge pieces of pizza and on a standard size cafeteria tray that is shamefully dwarfed.

You'd think that with slices that big, the pizza would be awful but I gotta say that it was pretty damn good. They didn't skimp on good quality cheese or the tangy tomato sauced that helped lubricate the entire experience. In fact, they didn't skimp on anything on a slice that would easily be 2 slices at any other lesser pizza joint. And at $3.50 a slice, you can't beat the deal.

The place is clean, the pizza guys were nice and the slices were delicious. Koronet is definitely a winner in my cheap book.
